Hard Clams, Live
Live hard clams for human consumption — steaming, grilling, half-shell, or chowder. Sold by the dozen, 50-count half bag, or 100-count full bag. Florida hard clams are often from Cedar Key harvest waters. Use Add to cart for today’s Online Store price, or call (772) 461-2797 to hold a bag.
Food use & harvest waters
- Live in-shell Florida hard clams sold as fresh seafood for cooking and eating — not pets, bait framing, or aquarium stock
- Cedar Key harvest waters when tagged
- Steam, grill, or half-shell — rinse, tap, and discard any that stay open before cooking
- Sweet, clean, briny Gulf flavor for food service or home kitchens
- Contains shellfish. Keep refrigerated about 40–44°F with airflow. Cook within the harvest window on the tag (often within 14 days of harvest).
Need soft-shell steamers or larger cherry stones instead? See the live clams hub — or shop Steamer Clams and Cherry Stone Clams.
