How to reserve: Select your claw size, pounds, and if you want them Cracked below, then Add to cart. Leave cart quantity at 1 — pounds are chosen in the Pounds option. Complete the free checkout. This is a free reservation ($0). No cancellation penalty. You pay market price at pickup when claws land. Not same-day stock. Season opens around mid-October (~Oct 15). We expect claws by the 16th.

Florida stone crab soft preorder — reserve claws for pickup at Pelican Seafood Company in Fort Pierce after the season opens. We confirm when claws arrive.

At market open last year, customers paid about $32/lb Medium, $44/lb Large, and $54/lb Jumbo (in-store scale sales). 2026 prices are set when claws land and may be higher or lower. Your reservation is free — you pay the market price at pickup.

We recommend cracking stone crabs no more than two hours before you eat them. If you choose Cracked, we wait until you arrive at the shop to crack them — not in advance.
