Premium sashimi-grade yellowfin tuna (also called ahi) with a clean, rich flavor and deep-red color. Sear it rare, slice it for poke bowls, or grill it as a steak — restaurant-quality tuna at home.

Sold by the pound. Every online order is 1 lb or more, cut fresh to order. About 2–3 servings per pound.
