How to reserve
- Select claw size, pounds, and Cracked or Uncracked — leave cart quantity at 1 (pounds are in the Pounds option)
- Complete the free checkout — no payment until claws are weighed
- We’ll text or call when your order is ready for Fort Pierce pickup
- Prefer cracked? We crack at pickup (best within about two hours of eating)
Sizes & last season’s market prices
Typical claws per pound (count varies with the catch):
- Medium — about 6–8 claws per lb
- Large — about 4–6 claws per lb
- Jumbo — about 2–4 claws per lb
- Colossal — in-store / register only (not Online)
At market open last year, customers paid about $32/lb Medium, $44/lb Large, and $54/lb Jumbo. Those figures are last season only — when this year’s crabs come in, Pelican will be at fair market price (which may be higher or lower).
